The RAMCHECK LX memory tester is now shipping. The RAMCHECK LX uses high-speed USB and features a large, bright LCD.
A new RAMCHECK adapter is available for testing DDR2 SODIMM modules. The adapter uses the rugged Yamaichi socket designed specifically for high-volume testing.

RAMCHECK Firmware Ver. 2.21e is now available. This latest version adds "Bank Bits Detection" data to the Test Log when testing DDR or SDRAM modules. This data is of particular benefit to technicians using RAMCHECK to repair modules. For more details please review the application note on RAMCHECK Device Structure Analysis. In 2.21e we have also added some functionality to the new RAMCHECK 200pin DIMM adapter for the x144 EDO/FPM Sun memory modules. Please keep your RAMCHECK tester up-to-date by downloading the firmware.
