Base Tester	Requires the RAMCHECK LX base tester. NOTE: Older RAMCHECK base tester can be factory converted to the RAMCHECK LX level.

Write CAS Latency (CWL) in the range of 9-18 Additive Latency (AL) setup of 0, CL-1 and CL-2. Write Recovery (WR) of 10, 12. 14, 16, 18, 20 and 24. Output Driver Impedance Control per DDR4 JEDEC. Burst Length of 8, BC4/8 and 4. Support On-Die-Termination (ODT) for Rtt_NORM, Rtt_PARK and dynamic Rtt_WR per DDR4 JEDEC. Support DDR4 Reset control and Long/Short Calibration Commands. Support 9 DQS pairs or 18 DQS pairs.
Addressing Capability	One to two bank group (BG) lines. Two bank address (BA) lines. Four -S control lines and three C2,C1 and C0 device selectors for flexible multiple ranks configuration. DualCS and QuadCS mode support. 18 Rows and 10 Columns addressing capabilities. Currently up to 64GB modules can be tested. Test support is added as part of our ongoing product development.
VDD Setup	Uses digitally controlled state-of-the-art switching power supply for Vdd range of 1.14V to 1.26V.
