Addressing Capability	Three Bank Address lines. Four -S control lines for up to 4-rank devices. 16 Rows and 12 Columns addressing capabilities. Currently up to 32GB modules can be tested. Test support is added as larger modules are introduced to the market.
VDD Setup	Uses digitally controlled state-of-the-art switching power supply for Vdd range of 1.25V to 1.8V. Voltage automatically defaults based on frequency to 1.5V-1.55V. User has interactive control of the wider range. Low voltage DDR3-1.35V DIMMs can be setup to test at 1.35V.
