This firmware extends the AUTO-LOOP burn-in test for DDR4 LRDIMM modules. With this version, the Auto Loop feature is available for all DDR4 devices. This firmware also adds support for large size DDR4 modules with 18 row address lines.
This firmware adds the AUTO-LOOP burn-in test for DDR4 RDIMM, UDIMM and SODIMM modules. AUTO-LOOP support for LRDIMM modules will be added in a future version.

This version introduces the high-throughput Multi-Burst test into the RAMCHECK test flow. For DDR2 devices, the new burst test is now included in the Voltage Cycling and Auto-Loop tests. The orange burst LED indicates when a Multi-Burst test is running.

This is the first RAMCHECK LX product release version. Most of the features of the previous generation RAMCHECK have been incorporated with this program.
Since RAMCHECK LX is built over the RAMCHECK original firmware, many issues which were improved for RAMCHECK are applicable to RAMCHECK LX. Therefore, you may want to review the extensive RAMCHECK Development Log.
